Meyer Distributing Acquires Croft Supply and Distribution

Meyer Distributing, Inc., a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, announces the acquisition of Croft Supply and Distribution, which is a subsidiary of Ranch Hand Truck Accessories. Croft Supply and Distribution supplies over 80 product lines to customers throughout Texas, Louisiana and Colorado.

“Croft’s well established brand recognition and reputation for excellent customer service make it a perfect fit for Meyer," states Jason Braun, Executive Vice President of Meyer Distributing. "Our strong working relationship with Ranch Hand will enable Meyer to continue to provide superior service to the region and distribution of Ranch Hand products on a national level. We expect the integration of the Croft operation and addition of the San Antonio call center and cross-dock to be seamless and fully complete by the end of November, 2010.”
