consumer base and ARB will provide the ARB
distributor network with the product for free
with purchase.

you, except to use this offer to your advantage
and make the sales.
The Promotion
Buy
any one (1) ARB Air Locker, locking differential
and receive one (1) ARB Compact Compressor
(part number CKSA12) absolutely FREE!
-OR-
Buy any two (2) ARB Air Locker,
locking differentials and receive one (1) ARB
Hi-Output Compressor (part number CKMA12)
absolutely FREE!
The Details
For every PAIR
of lockers that you order on purchase orders
between February 25th and May 27th, 2013 you can
include EITHER two (2) CKSA12 compressors OR one
(1) CKMA12 compressor at a rate of $0.00.
In the event
that you are only placing an order for a single
locker, you are entitled to one (1) CKSA12
compressor free of charge.
As ARB will be
providing the compressors free of charge for
this promotion, it is your responsibility to
pass these savings on to the consumer.
It will be made
known to the public that standard fitting
charges will apply and ARB encourages
distributors to increase profitability by
performing the locker installations.
Please be sure
to mark SPRING2013PROMO on your purchase order.
* No retros on
orders placed prior to Feb 25th, 2013 and no
additions to back orders after May 27th, 2013.
** A minimum order of one (1) ARB Air Locker
will be required during the aforementioned dates
to qualify to receive a free compressor.
The Marketing Campaign
On your behalf, ARB has placed full-page
advertisements featuring this limited-time ARB
Air Locker promotion in Petersen's 4Wheel &
Offroad, Four Wheeler, JP, 4WD & Sport Utility
and Off-Road magazines for the duration of the
campaign.
These print ads will also be
supplemented by multiple e-mail blasts to ARB's
extensive customer database along with social
media posts and links at
www.arbusa.com
& store.arbusa.com
to direct customers to our dealer network.
We have also designed multiple size
web-banners that you can include in your on-line
and social media campaigns.
The Fine Print
- Dealer promotion period is February 25th to
May 27th 2013 (inclusive). Orders received at
Air Locker Inc during this period will be
eligible for the promotion.
- Retail
promotion period runs from March 1st to May 31st
2013. Any dealer announcement of this promotion
prior to March 1st will result in exclusion from
the promotion. Dealers are expected to hold
sufficient stock to cover orders from May 27th -
31st.
- MAP will be strictly enforced on
this unique promotional opportunity for dealers.
Failure to comply with ARB USA's MAP policy on
Air Lockers during this promotion will result in
immediate exclusion from the promotion.

Wholesale distributors buying multiple Air
Lockers in a single order are to identify CKMA
and CKSA split on their P/O.
- This is a
retail promotion only. ARB USA has the right to
exclude commercial / fleet orders from this
promotion.
- CKMT Twin Compressor is
excluded from the promotion as are portable
compressors.
- In the case of a stock
shortage on any specific part number which
remains on backorder at the conclusion of the
promotional period, ARB USA will honor the
promotion based on commercially and historically
reasonable volumes.
