Meyer Distributing Announces Acquisition of ADC

Meyer Distributing, Inc, a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, announces the acquisition of PA-based Automotive Distributing Company. ADC has been fully integrated into the Meyer platform, and the combined forces of the two companies will allow for increased service levels on many fronts throughout the Northeast.
