Meyer Distributing, Inc, a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, announces the acquisition of Goodlettsville, TN based P&E Distributors.

Performance & Electronics Distributors Inc. is headquartered in Goodlettsville, TN, with locations in Chattanooga, TN, and Marietta, GA. P&E is the largest distributor of wholesale automotive aftermarket accessories in the Southeastern U.S., and P&E Distributors has been family owned and operated for more than 55 years. From its three warehouse locations and more than 140,000 square feet of stock space, P&E services all 50 states, with next-day delivery to 12 states and two-day delivery to 14 more.

Meyer has best-in-class technology and is adept at managing territorial and/or nationwide vendor and customer relationships. Together, the P&E and Meyer expert sales teams provide customers hundreds of combined years of experience in the industry.
