Several manufacturers require field RMA's (Return Manufacturer Authorization) and/or applicable documentation to troubleshoot and/or process warranty related issues and must be contacted directly by the customer. When contacting the manufacturer to receive RMA's, customers are advised to provide the manufacturer with proof of purchase, and their complete contact information including company name, contact person, phone number, email address, etc. as well as the first and last name / contact info of their Meyer sales rep / return point person. Below is the current list of manufacturers requiring the customer to contact the vendor directly to trouble shoot issues in the field. RMA's may be given in the Field to our customer or upon request from Meyer Distributing. The RMA is authorization only to return the part(s) for warranty review and does not constitute a warranty credit. Missing parts do not constitute a warranty issue and must be handled in the field.
