Meyer Distributing Announces Boise, ID Location

Jasper, IN | June 22, 2015

Meyer Distributing, Inc., a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, announces the addition of its Boise, ID location. The cross-dock will have a direct feed from Meyer's Denver, CO distribution hub which houses one of the largest inventories of automotive accessories in the mountain states.

“We are progressing quickly into the Northwest,” states Matt Schaick, Credit Manager of Meyer. “Boise is the next logical step in establishing the freight lane to the coast. We have a few more locations to open up in Oregon and Washington, and the infrastructure will be set. We are excited to bring the Meyer touch to the last area of the country and be a fully nationwide distributor.”

“We are continuing to look for partnership and acquisition opportunities in any automotive distribution segment as well as for logistics trucking companies based in the Northwest,” states Jeff Braun, CFO of Meyer. “Our 3PL business has been very strong and completing the map will allow us to offer both warehousing and logistics and give us a leg up on our 3PL competitors who do not operate their own fleets.”
